Two streams exchange heat, the hot fluid is dry compressed air, and the cold fluid is industrial circulating cooling water. The air goes through the shell side, and the design pressure is 3.0MPa G. The water goes through the tube side. The shell material is SA516 Gr.70 (N), and the pipe material is SA-240M 2205.
