Product introduction:
The equipment includes compressor body, drive motor, lubrication system, cooling system, control system and auxiliary equipment. It is a skid-mounted structure and shares a base frame.
1. Compressor Gearbox: Horizontally split gearbox, easy to maintain;
Two pinion rotor shafts and a large gear shaft assembly, after many static and dynamic balance tests, 4 sets of rotor shaft bearings, the bearings are horizontally split bearings with tilting pads, made of alloy structural steel, and the surface of the pads is coated babbitt alloy;
The large gear bearing is a horizontally split composite bearing, made of alloy structural steel and coated with babbitt alloy;
The oil seal and the air seal are horizontally split labyrinth structures, and the air between the oil seal and the air seal is open to the atmosphere according to the API standard;
3 stainless steel impellers: ternary flow machined forged stainless steel impellers;
3 diffusers: aluminum alloy material;
Small gears and rotors are made of forged alloy steel;
The volute and the inner wall of the gas passage are coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating;
Two coolers and automatic traps; a manual shut-off valve and a manual bypass valve are equipped in front of the trap;
The design is that water in tube side and gas in shell side. The diameter of pipe is not less than 10mm. The cooler is made of copper tube and aluminum fins; It is corrosion-resistant, not easy to scale, easy to clean, and can effectively control the interstage exhaust temperature within 39 degrees;
The cooler adopts a flange interface with matching flanges and fasteners;
The inner wall coating material is resistant to acid and alkali and is not easy to fall off.
2. Lubrication system:
Main shaft driven full flow main oil pump;
Motor -driven full-flow auxiliary oil pump (380V/3Ph/50Hz), the auxiliary oil pump and the main oil pump have the same flow and pressure;
The lubrication system and the oil tank are in the same machine base frame, and there is a large cleaning manhole, and the oil tank has an automatic heater;
Oil tank capacity is 2000 liters;
Enlarged oil cooler;
Oil level sight glass;
Oil adding and drain nozzles;
10-micron dual oil filter;
Oil temperature control valve;
Lubricating oil system inspection instrument;
Tank vacuum pumping system, including fan, oil return line and oil mist filter.
